About me, Pieter Botha

I am a Chartered Accountant CA (SA) and hold a Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Pretoria as well as being a Certified Financial Planner CFP®.

After spending many years in the corporate environment, in listed as well as small companies and more recently in SARS, I have decided that the time has come to utilise my expertise in new ventures.

My experience

My experience has given me many insights into the world of small and large business concerns and I am therefore well placed to service requirements in the fields of accounting, taxation, corporate requirements, financial systems and management.

I was fortunate enough to be part of industries in the engineering, manufacturing and services sectors, culminating in a stint in the public sector and am therefore very comfortable in most business environments.

My experience include senior financial management, annual financial statements, management accounts, systems implementation – small and large (including SAP), taxation – corporate and individual, company secretarial requirements and financial planning for individuals and corporates.

I am a registered member of the

• The South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT), as a Master Tax Planner (MTP) (SA)
• A member of the Financial Planning Institute (FPI) as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
